Pick a hair style, skin tone, outfit and hat, then walk, wave, dance and sip a Glowberry Fizz. Every player in the tower has their own look.
In the game you can mix 7 hair styles, 8 skin tones, any top and trouser colour, and accessories from beanies to headphones. Lumen Club members (£3.99 a month) get the crown.

Every public room is a floor of the tower, from the car park in the basement to the pool on the roof. Press a button and step out.

Fill your loft with 130+ pieces
Sofas, aquariums, jukeboxes, teleport booths and glowing firebird lamps. Rotate them, stack them and make your loft the one everyone visits.
Furniture costs Glow, the in-game currency. Some pieces do things: lamps switch on, dice roll, teleporters beam you across the room and rollers carry people along.
Earn badges people notice
Win Musical Tiles, beam across rooms by teleporter, stay up late or host the party of the week. Your badges sit on your profile for everyone to see.
Tap a badge to stamp it. 24 badges to collect in the game, including seasonal ones like Halloween 2026.

Friendly by design
Lumen Lofts is a place to hang out, decorate and make friends, and lots of our players are young. Keeping them safe is built into the game from day one, not bolted on later.
We design to the UK Online Safety Act and the ICO Children’s Code.
Talking to your child about being online? Childline (0800 1111) and CEOP are there to help too.
- Swears become “plonk”Our chat filter is on for everyone and can’t be turned off. It also catches spaced-out and l33t-speak words.
- No private messagesChat happens in public rooms only, where moderators can see it.
- Personal details are blockedPhone numbers, emails, addresses, links and requests to move to other apps are stopped before they’re sent.
- Under 13s start on Quick ChatFriendly preset phrases only, until a parent or carer confirms by email that free typing is OK.
- One-tap Report and MuteTap any player to report them. Reports include the recent chat, so moderators can see what really happened.
- Real moderatorsTrained, age-checked adult staff review reports, mute and ban, and pass serious concerns to CEOP or the police.
- Help when it’s neededIf a player types something worrying about hurting themselves, it isn’t shown to others and they’re pointed to Childline and Samaritans.
- Privacy firstWe keep an age group, never a birthday. No location tracking, no ads aimed at kids, and chat logs are deleted after 90 days.
